Position Summary:? + Manage the conference and events services, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations? + Let guests #playon throughout the complete food and beverage experience? + Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience?? + Assist with the conference and events operational tasks + Be an engaging and inspiring assistant manager by providing motivation and support to our?crew? + Ensure the conference and event spaces are adequately clean at all times + Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks? + Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings? + Plan and execute team building activities so crew feel part of the team.
