This role blends customer service, sales, and operations. Helping people find the right vehicle, ensuring a smooth handover, and keeping everything running seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assist customers with subscription enquiries and guiding them to the most suitable option
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high retention rates
- Meet monthly targets for new vehicle subscriptions
- Complete and manage all subscription-related documentation with strong attention to detail
- Coordinate servicing and vehicle detailing for returned vehicles
- Monitor active subscriptions and resolving any customer issues or concerns
- Support national teams with onboarding, customer care, and platform guidance
- Participate in end-of-month reviews and ongoing process improvements
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role within a customer-first environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with a detail-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and general business technologies
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence
